6. Disclosure of Personal Information

  • When a user requests the disclosure of personal information, the Company will respond without delay. However, all or part of the information may not be disclosed if it falls under any of the following conditions. If a decision is made not to disclose, the user will be notified without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosing personal information.

  2. If it would significantly interfere with the proper execution of the Company’s business
  3. If it would violate other laws or regulations
  • Notwithstanding the preceding clause, information other than personal information, such as history or characteristic data, will not be disclosed in principle.

7. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

  • f a user finds that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user can request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") of the information by the procedure specified by the Company.
  • If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly perform the Correction, etc.
  • When Correction, etc. is carried out, or when a decision is made not to perform the Correction, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay.

8. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information

  • If the user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information due to the reason that it is being used beyond the scope of the usage purposes or was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will conduct a necessary investigation without delay.
  • Based on the results of the investigation, if it is determined that the request should be responded to, the Company will promptly perform the Suspension of Use, etc.
  • When the Suspension of Use, etc. is performed or when a decision is made not to do so, the Company will notify the user without delay.
  • Notwithstanding the preceding clauses, if the Suspension of Use, etc. involves significant cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided in laws or this Policy.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
