Enter your information and make payment

On the order page, please enter your personal details, billing information, and payment details. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is completed.
After your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.

STEP03

Pick up your gear & enjoy skiing or snowboarding!

Collect your equipment at the store you selected during the order process, then have fun on the nearby ski slopes.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact the rental store.

About Payment

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX),PayPal .
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed once the payment is completed.

Reservation Changes & Cancellations

For changes or cancellations, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone at least two days before your rental date.
If you do not arrive on the reserved date, your booking may be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Order & Reservation

Yes, you can make a reservation for multiple people at once.
Simply select the quantity for each item on the product page according to the number of people, and proceed with the reservation.

Yes, absolutely!
You can rent almost everything you need, including ski wear, goggles, gloves, and more.
Except for items that directly touch your skin, like base layers and socks, most gear is available for rent, so please rest assured.
We also sell ski and snowboard-specific socks for your convenience.

You can check in and pick up your rental equipment anytime after 3:00 PM on the day before your rental start date.
Since mornings on the rental day tend to be busy, we recommend coming the evening before for a smoother experience.

We apologize, but we do not offer delivery services.
To ensure the best fit and model for each customer, we require fittings to be done in-store.
This is an important process to guarantee your safety and comfort while using our equipment.

Yes, you can.
If you are currently using a Standard model and wish to upgrade to a High-Quality or Premium model, you can do so on the day after checking the actual equipment.
Please note that any price difference will need to be paid at that time.

However, please understand that downgrading to a Standard model (e.g., Premium to Standard) is not possible.

Product & Size

If you provide your height, weight, and foot size, we will recommend the appropriate size for you.

Yes, we also offer ski and snowboard sets for children.

Depending on the availability on the day, please let the rental store know your preferred brand when you pick up your equipment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment & Changes

Once a reservation is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.
If you wish to use a different payment method, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental date are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a cancellation fee.

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact the rental store in advance. (Additional fees will apply.)
