Employment Period

December 2025 – late March 2026 (extension possible through April)

Working Hours

Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (3–8 hours per day, shift system)

Workdays

From once a week / 3 hours or more — short shifts (morning only or evening only) are welcome! Flexible scheduling — let’s discuss what works best for you.

Salary

• Part-time staff: from ¥1,100/hour (with pay raise system)
• English-speaking staff: from ¥1,300/hour (with pay raise system)
• Commuting allowance: ¥300/day for those who drive to work (conditions apply)

Job Description

General ski & snowboard rental shop duties, including:

• Customer service and reception
• Rental checkout and return
• Store cleaning and basic maintenance

Local residents and those commuting by car are especially welcome! We also welcome students and those seeking part-time or second jobs.

We’re also hiring full-time staff — please contact us for more details.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, friendly, and motivated personality
• Enjoys customer service and working with people
• Loves skiing, snowboarding, or the outdoors
• English communication skills are welcome (but not required!)
• Must hold a valid residence or work visa in Japan
