Work Locations
HILLSIDE SNOW RENTALS – Various Locations
- Hakuba Goryu Store
- Tsugaike Store
- Nozawa Onsen Store
- Shiga Kogen Store
- Hakuba Happo Store
Your work location will be determined based on your preference, experience, suitability, and staffing needs at each store.
Depending on operational needs, you may occasionally be asked to work at or support other stores.
Working Hours
Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
(Approximately 3–8 hours per day, shift system)
Workdays
From once a week / 3 hours or more — short shifts (morning only or afternoon only) are welcome!
We offer flexible scheduling, so please let us know what works best for you.
Salary
- Part-time staff: From ¥1,120/hour (pay raise system available)
- English-speaking staff: From ¥1,300/hour (pay raise system available)
- Commuting allowance: ¥300/day for those who drive to work (conditions apply)
Job Description
General ski & snowboard rental shop duties, including:
- Customer service and reception
- Rental equipment checkout and returns
- Store cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
Local residents and those who can commute by car are especially welcome! Students and those looking for part-time or second jobs are also welcome.

Qualifications
- Cheerful, friendly, and motivated personality
- Enjoys customer service and working with people
- Loves skiing, snowboarding, or the outdoors
- English communication skills are welcome (but not required!)
- Must hold a valid residence or work visa in Japan
